Hp Multimedia Keyboard Driver
I have a Model NY419AA#ABA wired multimedia keyboard and also wireless multimedia keyboard that came with my Pavilion HPE-480t Windows 7 desktop. Both keyboards install automatically in my Vista system and the multimedia keys can be programmed in the Keyboard item in the Control Panel. Neither will work in the Windows 7 system. A friend has suggested that it is a Control Panel problem rather than a Driver problem. I have talked to HPP support at length without finding a solution. There are several reasons that give me great interest in programming the keys. The most evident way of viewing the problem is to look at the grid in the Control Panel Keyboard Button Tab in a Vista system and in a Windows 7 system. In the first case the grid is populated and in the second case it is not. In fact, if you select 'Restore Defaults' in the 7 system it hangs the system and you need to use the Task Manager to exit. The keyboard are listed as Windows 7 compatible. Cna someone provide a solution to the problem?

Keyboard is working fine but without Multimedia Keyboard keys . I want Multimedia Keyboard keys to work in Windows 10 as well. Therefore try to install these drivers in Admin mode as well as Compatibility mode it throws as error of 9998 'Your system does not meet the operating system requirements. Update has been cancelled. (9998)'
Need help how to install these drivers which has different operating system?
Shall i install these original drivers from hp or from manufacturer for eg... install nvidia driver from hp or from nvidia website?
Tried to get help from hp support forum but no proper help yet regarding drivers for windows 10. Even tired with hp support assistant but no use at end of the day.
